About HoloNeos (Plain-language summary):
HoloNeos is an AI co-worker for email writing, meeting preparation, research, document polishing, planning, and web browsing. Intelligence is designed to be simple—answers are straightforward. Always review AI outputs before using them.
1) Subscription Plans & Pricing
HoloNeos offers two subscription plans:
- Standard Plan — €69 / month
- Premium Plan — €89 / month
Plan features, usage limits, and add-ons are described on the HoloNeos pricing page and/or inside the app. If there is any conflict, the plan description shown in-app at the time of purchase controls.
2) Billing & Payments
- Subscriptions are billed in advance on a recurring basis (monthly unless otherwise specified).
- You authorize HoloNeos (or our payment processor) to charge your payment method for subscription fees, applicable taxes, and any approved add-ons.
- If a payment fails, we may retry the charge. Continued failure may result in suspension, restricted access, or downgrade until payment is resolved.
3) Renewals
- Your subscription automatically renews at the end of each billing cycle unless you cancel before the renewal date.
- Renewal timing is based on your original subscription start date.
4) Upgrades, Downgrades, and Plan Changes
- Upgrade (Standard → Premium): typically takes effect immediately unless otherwise stated. Billing may be prorated depending on the payment system configuration.
- Downgrade (Premium → Standard): typically takes effect at the next renewal unless otherwise stated.
- If a plan change impacts usage limits, your account may be restricted to the new plan limits once the change takes effect.
5) Cancellation Policy
- You can cancel anytime through your account settings or by contacting support.
- Cancellation stops future renewals. You will retain access until the end of the current paid period unless otherwise specified.
6) Refund Policy
Unless required by local law:
- Subscription fees are non-refundable once charged.
- If you cancel mid-cycle, you typically keep access until the end of the billing period, but no partial refunds are provided.
- If a refund is required by law (for example, consumer protections in your jurisdiction), we will comply with those requirements.
7) Acceptable Use Policy
HoloNeos may be used for both business and private purposes. You agree to use the Service responsibly and in compliance with these policies.
You agree not to use HoloNeos to:
- Violate laws or regulations
- Infringe intellectual property rights
- Upload or distribute malware or harmful code, or attempt unauthorized access
- Harass, abuse, or harm individuals or groups
- Collect, store, or process sensitive data without appropriate consent and safeguards
- Generate, request, or distribute prohibited content (including illegal content)
We may suspend or terminate accounts for violations.
8) Account Responsibility
- You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials.
- You are responsible for activity that occurs under your account.
- Notify us promptly if you suspect unauthorized access.
9) Data, Privacy, and Security (Summary)
- HoloNeos processes data to provide and improve the service.
- We may collect account information and technical/usage information (for example, device/browser details and usage logs).
- If you upload content, you retain ownership of your content. You grant HoloNeos the rights needed to host, process, and display it solely to deliver and improve the service.
- Full details are governed by our Privacy Policy and any applicable Data Processing Addendum (DPA) if offered/required.
10) AI / Generated Output Disclaimer
- Outputs generated by the system may be inaccurate, incomplete, or unsuitable for your specific situation.
- You are responsible for reviewing and verifying outputs before relying on them for decisions.
- HoloNeos is not liable for actions taken based solely on generated output, to the maximum extent permitted by law.
11) Service Availability & Changes
- We aim for reliable uptime, but the service may be unavailable due to maintenance, updates, outages, or factors outside our control.
- We may modify features, limits, or interfaces over time. Where feasible, we will communicate material changes.
12) Intellectual Property
- The HoloNeos Service, including its software, design, and branding, is owned by Ak ITG (or its licensors) and is protected by applicable laws.
- You may not copy, modify, reverse engineer, or redistribute the service except where allowed by law.
13) Children's Privacy
- HoloNeos is intended for adults. Minors are not authorized to open accounts or to be granted direct access by an account owner. If an account owner enables use in a setting where minors may be present, the account owner is responsible for obtaining adult consent and providing appropriate supervision. We do not knowingly allow accounts for minors, and we may suspend or terminate accounts that violate this section.
14) Changes to These Policies
- We may update these policies from time to time.
- We will post the updated version with a revised effective date.
- For material changes, we will provide notice by email at least 30 days in advance when feasible.
15) Suspension & Termination
We may suspend or terminate your access if:
- you violate these policies,
- your payment is overdue for an extended period,
- or we are required to do so for legal or security reasons.
Upon termination, your right to use the service ends immediately. Data retention and deletion follow our Privacy Policy and applicable law.
16) Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law:
- HoloNeos is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits, revenues, data, or goodwill.
- HoloNeos's total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid to HoloNeos in the 3 months immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
Some jurisdictions do not allow certain limitations, so parts of this section may not apply to you.
17) Governing Law & Venue
This Policy Pack is governed by the laws of Spain, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.
Any disputes arising out of or relating to this Policy Pack or the HoloNeos services will be submitted to the competent courts of Ourense, Spain.
Consumer rights: If you are a consumer (not purchasing for business purposes), nothing in this section limits any mandatory rights or protections you may have under the laws of your country of residence.
